About the Position
We are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Stockholm. This role is ideal for an ambitious, solution-oriented individual who enjoys the fast-paced world of project management in the tech and sports industry. In this role, you’ll oversee new projects, focusing primarily on the Swedish market, with opportunities to expand to other regions. You’ll work closely with sports federations, clubs, and Sportway’s cross-functional teams to successfully launch and manage streaming projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and execute projects within the Swedish market, ensuring all timelines and objectives are met.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including sports federations, leagues, and clubs.
• Coordinate with Sportway’s installation team and oversee the technical setup of our AI-driven systems at new sports venues.
• Drive project phases, from planning through execution, with a focus on delivering high-quality streaming solutions.
• Collaborate with the Stockholm HQ and international Sportway teams to optimize project workflows and performance.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in project management, preferably within tech, media, or sports-related fields.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive, self-starting approach.
• Technical understanding of AI and streaming technologies is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Swedish is required; additional language skills are a bonus.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, with experience managing both internal and external resources.
