Operations Technician

What you will do

  • Operating and troubleshooting our technical platforms
  • Assist our installation team getting installations up and running, and fine tune the AI cameras
  • Assist our support-team with tickets they send in
  • Cooperate with our teams in Finland, Norway, Denmark, and Czechia
  • Ad-hoc and other tasks
  • As our prime time is evenings and weekends you will work on an “on-call” schedule one week per month
  • We love to see initiative, so there is a lot of opportunity to zoom in on things you are passionate about

Basic qualifications

  • Service minded
  • Computer skills
  • Technical interest
  • English – written and spoken
  • Minimum 1 year of work experience or IT education at University

Preferred qualifications

  • Sport interest
  • Coding, Linux and/or Devops experience
  • Other language skills Danish, Finnish, Norwegian and Czech
